Everything I've experienced with Tello has been great. I was worried when I first dis... Everything I've experienced with Tello has been great. I was worried when I first discovered them that it was to good to be true. I thought there has to be some hidden charges. It turns out I was wrong. Everything I had hoped for from a cellphone company came through. I was with T Mobile for 15 years. Tello is the best company I've ever had.

I was struggling on my end and started getting a bit of anxiety but the customer supp... I was struggling on my end and started getting a bit of anxiety but the customer support agent helped me understand the steps and even emailed me them too (because i couldnt set up e-sim while actively in a call) awesome service :D
